Disclaimer for "A Shilling for Change" Fundraiser

By participating in the “A Shilling for Change” fundraiser, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation and Eligibility:

Participation in the fundraiser is entirely voluntary. The organization does not guarantee any outcome or prize unless all specified conditions are met.
The organization reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any individual or team found in violation of the terms and conditions.

2. Prize Distribution:

Prizes awarded are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The organization is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
The organization will make every effort to deliver prizes promptly, but is not liable for any delays or issues that may arise in the prize distribution process.

3. Fundraising and Financial Responsibility:

The organization is not responsible for any financial loss, disputes, or legal issues that may arise during the fundraising process. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all funds raised are submitted through the authorized channels.
The organization does not assume liability for any donations that are not properly attributed to a specific individual or team due to errors in submission details.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. The organization is not liable for any legal issues, fines, or penalties incurred by participants during the fundraising process.
The organization does not endorse or support any illegal activities or unethical fundraising practices.

5. Use of Personal Information:

By participating in the fundraiser, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of managing the campaign, including public recognition of top fundraisers. The organization will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The organization is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur as a result of participation in the fundraiser, including but not limited to technical issues, miscommunications, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The organization reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the fundraiser at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

7. Right to Amend:
