Raskey Foundation (referred to as us or we) is Registered Charity in Kenya. We operate the website www.raskey.org (the Website).

These are the Terms and Conditions which govern donation payments to our organization.

These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. Except as provided for in section 6, ‘Monthly Donations’, and unless specified by you, they do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.

By submitting this donation form, you acknowledge that Raskey Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any donation.

1. Donations and Designated Use:

Donors may designate their donation for a specific program or initiative. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such designations; however, reserves the right to allocate funds where they are needed most.

2. Refund Policy:

3. Tax Deductibility:

Raskey Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations made to us may be tax deductible; however, it is the donor’s responsibility to seek professional advice regarding tax deductions.

4. Donor Information:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Before we can process a donation, we may ask you to provide information such as Your Name, Address and Email Address, and credit or debit card details that you wish to use to fund the donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. Personal information collected will be used for donation processing purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.

5. Communication Preferences:

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communication from Raskey Foundation. You may opt out of communications at any time.

6. Monthly donations:

You may choose to set up a recurring donation. When you set up such a donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You will receive a notification/reminder of such payments as scheduled.

To cancel your regular donation please contact us at info@raskey.org.

7. Acknowledgment:

Raskey Foundation will provide an acknowledgment for all donations. If you require a specific acknowledgment format, please contact our donor relations department.

8. Changes to Terms:

Raskey Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Donors will be notified of any changes.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the Kenyan laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
